Fairfield Equine Associates is seeking a driven associate veterinarian with a passion for lameness and performance horse medicine to join our Wellington, FL team. This is a unique opportunity to practice in one of the most competitive sport horse environments in the world, supported by a collaborative, forward-thinking group that prioritizes both clinical excellence and quality of life. 

Our Wellington division delivers high-level ambulatory care with a strong emphasis on lameness diagnostics, treatment, and long-term performance management. You’ll work alongside an experienced associate, with additional veterinary support during the Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF), and have access to advanced regenerative and therapeutic modalities including Pro-Stride, Alpha-2 Macroglobulin (A2M), Class IV laser, FES, and more. 

We take a comprehensive, horse-first approach to care and value clinicians who bring a diverse skill set to their practice. Experience or training in acupuncture and/or chiropractic therapies is highly desirable and will be well supported within our client base.
