Join us in the beautiful Capital Region of New York!  We are seeking a full time veterinary associate to join our team of 6 veterinarians dedicated to the health of the horse.  Our practice is located just south of Albany and operates in the Greater Capital Region/Saratoga region along with western Massachusetts.  We are a predominantly ambulatory practice with a haul in facility for advanced procedures and care.  Our experienced team of equine veterinarians maintain a large caseload focusing on general practice, reproduction, dentistiry and sports medicine.  All team members come with fully equipped vehicles and support staff.

The Equine Clinic at Oakencroft has been providing high quality care since 1986.  All our veterinarians are very active with the equine community locally and participate actively in professional organizations such as AAEP and NEAP.  We have an active student externship program and host 1 ambulatory focused veterinary intern per year.

Our practice culture focuses on personal/professional balance with a 4 day work week, dedicated support staff and rotating emergency coverage.  We believe strongly in personal care as well as professional care and that philosophy extends to our patients.

Requirements

DVM or Equivalent, NAVLE certified

Internship or 2 years of clinical practice experience

Licensed to practice in New York and Massachusetts

DEA licensure
