Veterinary Dental Arts is a dentistry-only practice, built to chip away at the iron triangle of medicine as we generate a framework for a more sustainable way for teams to practice medicine and serve our communities, while enjoying the process.
Your clinical skills are invaluable, but they're not the only art required. The human experience matters just as much as clinical expertise — for clients, and for the people doing the work. When people are valued and the medicine is sound, the business does well. It serves more pets, gives back to people, and repeat.
The model: - Work with it, not for it. We trust the people closest to the work to shape how it’s done. It doesn't micromanage anyone, ever. Built ground up to help people grow their skill set within the company or to benefit others else where should the time come. There is opportunity develop into "managerial" roles. The compensation structures is unique to the industry, the hourly wage is only a base.

- Assist with dental procedures & perform dental radiology.
- Monitor and manage anesthesia with close attention to safety and detail
- Provide patient care before, during, and after procedures
- Communicate clearly with teammates and support efficient daily flow
- Communicate clearly with clients to support trust and education around dental care as essential care for longevity and comfort.
