About the Role
We’re looking for an Associate Veterinarian who:
Enjoys small animal medicine and surgery
Has an interest in growing soft tissue and/or orthopedic surgical skills
Values strong client communication
Thrives in a team-oriented, positive environment
You’ll be supported by a skilled technical team and a practice culture that prioritizes both efficiency and quality of care.
Schedule & Emergency Responsibilities
4-day work week
Long weekend every 5th week
Shared rotation for:
After-hours emergency calls
Weekend and holiday coverage
Urgent care responsibilities
Expectations are equitably distributed across the team to support balance and consistency.
Compensation & Benefits
Highly competitive base salary + production
$20,000 sign-on bonus

CO surgical laser + cold therapy laser

Qualifications
DVM or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited program
Eligible for Michigan veterinary licensure
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
Interest in surgery is a plus
