Nolana Animal Hospital – McAllen, TX
PetVet Care Centers
Nolana Animal Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Associate Veterinarian to join our team. This role is open to new graduates and experienced DVMs. You’ll work alongside experienced veterinarians, technicians, and support staff in a collaborative, supportive environment.
As a full-service hospital, we provide wellness exams, dental care, internal medicine, dermatology, and a fully equipped diagnostic lab. We also receive many orthopedic and soft tissue surgery referrals and offer mentorship for veterinarians looking to expand their skills.
McAllen combines a small-town feel with big-city amenities, offering cultural experiences, outdoor activities, and easy access to South Padre Island.
What We Offer
4-day work week, no weekends
Salary up to $150K + production (no negative accrual)
Signing bonus up to $100K
CE allowance, paid licensing, and professional dues

Key Responsibilities
Exams, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry
Client communication and education
Accurate medical record maintenance
Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of care
Qualifications
DVM/VMD from an accredited program
Licensed (or eligible) in Texas
DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical, surgical, and communication skills
Team-oriented and committed to compassionate care
