Job Description: Our client is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Internist to establish and grow an internal medicine service within a busy specialty and emergency referral setting. This position offers the autonomy to shape clinical protocols, develop referral relationships, and create a service aligned with your professional vision.

You will collaborate closely with emergency clinicians and specialty colleagues to manage complex diagnostic cases, chronic disease management, and advanced internal medicine procedures. Qualifications Needed:

• DVM or VMD degree with eligibility for Texas licensure
• Board certification or residency training in small animal internal medicine
