Associate for Avian & Exotic Animal Hospital in San Diego, California
We are looking for a full or part time a candidate who has experience working with birds and exotic species, preferably one that has finished an Internship, Residency, is Board qualified or certified, but will consider a less experienced, enthusiastic candidate. The Avian and Exotic Animal Hospital, a specialty and referral hospital in San Diego California, is seeking a motivated, committed, experienced associate. For this position.
Located in San Diego, California, the Avian & Exotic Animal Hospital was opened 39 years ago by Dr. Jeff Jenkins. Our custom designed hospital is at the I-5 Freeway and Sea World Drive. The hospital has a long term, dedicated, family oriented, staff. We are supported by an in-house laboratory and a laboratory technician with 30+ years of experience with bird/exotic hematology, Sound digital radiology, Stortz endoscopy, Samsung ultrasound, custom treatment stations and surgery with downdraft anesthesia savaging, oxygen generator, steam and gas sterilization, boarding facility and much more. We are supported by boarded specialists and services with which we have long term relationships.
Salary is propay / production based. Additionally, moving support, signing bonus, health and dental insurance, 401k, liability insurance, association dues, vacation and sick leave, paid time off and paid continuing education costs are included. There is potential for partnership / purchase.

Requirements
Must have or obtain California license, and be ready to go to work in a busy, quality practice.
