- Associate Veterinarian Small Animal General Practice Mentorship Available
Description
Are you looking for:
- a clinic that has been privately owned for 45 years, offering stability, consistency, and a strong reputation for high-quality medicine—not corporately driven?
- a position where you are never the only associate working, with 7 DVMs and routine case collaboration?
- a team that prioritizes mentorship, case discussion, and shared clinical growth at all experience levels?
- a hospital with a highly leveraged support team (12 RVTs; 6:1 staff-to-DVM ratio) so you can focus on medicine, not tasks?
- the ability to practice individualized, thorough patient care with the time and support to do it well?
- a 4-day work week with no on-call or after-hours responsibilities, supporting true work-life balance?
- a clinic that does not offer boarding or grooming, so holidays remain protected personal time?
This position is available as a full-time associate transitions to part-time to pursue advanced specialty training through the American Veterinary Dental College (AVDC) in dentistry and oral surgery—reflecting our commitment to supporting long-term career development within our team.
