Winichahanat Veterinary Care is a privately owned practice in downtown Dover New Hampshire.
Founded in 2018, Winichahanat's mission is to provide excellent high quality medicine in a comfortable calming atmosphere where communication is the centerpiece of the client experience.
Winichahanat is an Abenaki word that means "The place where the water flows around it" and refers to the location on the Cocheco River Where Dover New Hampshire now stands.
We have a unique clinical model where the client and patient are the center and our team develops a bond with both clients and patients to create a deep trust. Through this partnership and trust, we are able to realize excellent medical outcomes for our patients.

Company History

We were founded in 2018 By Dr. Timothy Hunt to realize his vision of a clinical experience where trust and partnership is the key to successful clinical outcomes.

Notable Accomplishments / Recognition

Started as a one Doctor, 2 exam room practice with limited technology, and has grown to 6 exam rooms, Radiology, Ultrasound, endoscopy, electrosurgery, therapeutic laser, in house laboratory, and more.
