The Gables Veterinary Group

Company Overview

VetPartners is one of Australia and New Zealand’s leading veterinary networks, supporting more than 270 clinics across companion animal, mixed, production and equine practices. Our purpose is simple: to create a better vet life for our teams, our clients, and the communities we serve.

We provide our clinics with the clinical freedom to operate in a way that reflects their local community, while offering the stability and support of a large, connected group. Through industry-leading training, structured development pathways, and a strong commitment to wellbeing, we aim to help every team member grow their skills, their confidence, and their career.

With dedicated support across Operations, Clinical Standards, HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Finance and more, VetPartners empowers veterinary professionals to focus on what they do best — delivering exceptional care to animals and meaningful service to clients.

Company History

VetPartners launched in 2016 with a vision to build a collaborative veterinary community where clinics could thrive while retaining their unique identity. Over the years, we have grown to support more than 270 clinics across Australia and New Zealand, bringing together passionate veterinary professionals, graduates, nurses, specialist teams, and support office experts.

Our growth has been driven by strong partnerships with local clinic owners, continual investment in people and training, and a commitment to maintaining clinical autonomy at the clinic level. Today, our network includes general practice, specialty and emergency hospitals, equine practices, production animal services, and the largest Graduate Vet Academy in ANZ.

Despite our size, our culture remains grounded in care, integrity, community and growth — the values that underpin every interaction across our network.
