Description
The Animal Care Center is seeking a Part-Time Client Service Representative to join our team!*This position is Part-Time with the possibility of becoming Full-Time*
Our ideal candidate:
- Self-motivated
- Works well on a team
- Organized and detail oriented
- Possesses superior customer service skills
- Loves pets and their people
- Must be able to lift 30lbs
- Basic math and writing skills
Responsibilities include:
- Interacting with clients and coordinating communication between doctors, assistants and the clients
- Providing top-notch customer service by being very attentive to client and pet needs
- Answer and triage phone calls from clients
- Schedule appointments and procedures, monitor client flow from check-in to check out
- Discharge patients
- Managing record and medication refill requests, client education
- assisting in keeping our hospital clean
