The Client Service Representative role is essential, as the first impression to our clients, treating them with professionalism and care. Your Experience & Skills

• 1 year of experience as a Veterinary Client Service Representative

• Excellent communication skills

• Positive attitude

• Basic computer literacy

• High School Diploma or equivalent

About The Hospital

Dermatology for Animals Palm Beach Gardens is a dermatology specialty practice conveniently located inside the Veterinary Neurology & Imaging Center focusing on canine and feline dermatologic care. With 25 locations nationwide, you’ll feel the support of an interconnected specialty network while enjoying the comfort of a small local practice.

We are open Monday - Thursday from 8a - 5p.

You’re Willing And Able To

• Support veterinarians to ensure quality veterinary care, advocate for pets, and educate clients

• Assist veterinarians and the medical team to maximize productivity and maintain positive patient flow

• Assist in scheduling appointments and procedures

• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area

• Great clients and patients alike

• Communicate with clients about individualized pet health concerns and offer guidance on Thrive Membership options, medications, and additional treatments

• Assist in maintaining relevant, comprehensive medical records with the support of practice systems

• Obtain relevant health history and information from clients and maintain medical charts

• Be willing to guide, mentor, and support fellow team members
