Reporting directly to Dr. Meyerer, the role includes providing high-quality care to small animals, performing diagnostics and surgeries, educating pet owners, and collaborating closely with experienced staff. We are proud to offer a modern, well-equipped facility that supports high-quality patient care and advanced diagnostics. Our clinic utilizes the Cornerstone software and offers Digital Radiography (X-ray), Clarius Color Doppler Ultrasound with AI-assisted technology, Comprehensive In-House Laboratory (Abaxis and AlphaION Diagnostics systems), Advanced Diagnostic Capabilities, including hematology and culture/sensitivity testing, and K-Laser Therapy for pain management and healing. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $129,000 to $155,000 annually, along with benefits such as a $3,000 relocation stipend, continuing education support, and a potential path to practice buy-in after one year. Additional highlights include flexible scheduling, a strong team with long-term staff retention, and a commitment to employee well-being to help prevent burnout. Employment is contingent upon interviews and standard pre-employment checks.
Requirements
A DVM from an accredited veterinary school is mandatory. Pass the NAVLE (North American Veterinary Licensing Examination), Obtain a state veterinary license, Meet any additional state specific requirements, Strong GPA, Letters of recommendation, Documented animal experience, and good communication and client interaction skills.
