BluePearl Pet Hospital in Christiana, Delaware is seeking a full-time Veterinary Dermatologist to join our newly built, state-of-the-art hospital in Newark.

This is an opportunity to establish and grow a Dermatology service within a large, mature, multi-specialty and emergency hospital, supported by experienced clinicians and a highly skilled technical team. You will have dedicated dermatology technicians and the resources needed to practice at a high level from day one.

About the Hospital

Our 20,000 square foot hospital is designed to support advanced specialty care while enhancing both patient and team experience:

• Separate dog and cat waiting areas
• Expanded ICU with 24-hour monitoring
• On-site CT for advanced imaging
• I-131 treatment for feline hyperthyroidism
• Surgical suite offering advanced procedures including total hip replacement
• State-of-the-art rehabilitation center with land and underwater treadmill therapy

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $167,000 to $245,000 + production bonus
• Sign-on bonus up to $100,000
