Description
We are currently looking to hire a Certified Veterinary Technician to join our team at Calusa Crossing Animal Hospital in Miami, Florida!Who We Are:
Calusa Crossing Animal Hospital has been serving the West Kendall community with small animal medicine and surgery since 1989. As a staple in the community, we feel privileged to have some of the best clients and patients in the area.
Who You Are:
- Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) in Florida
- 2+ years of veterinary clinical experience as a veterinary technician
- Ability to work rotating weekends
- Knowledge of industry tools and equipment
- Experience with proper animal handling and restraint
- Ability to be adaptable and work well with existing doctors and team members
- Ability to perform nursing care in a hospital setting
- Solid understanding of animal behavior and healthcare
- Understands the importance of excellent communication and organizational skills
